In this project, I worked as the game developer, creating the core mechanics, level designs, and user interactions. Using the Unity game engine and C#, I handled the programming of the game. I also worked on in-game animations and physical interactions to help players form a deeper connection with the game world. Developing a playable prototype from a creative idea within a limited timeframe highlighted our teamwork and rapid problem-solving skills.
The game’s visual design aims to create a warm and playful atmosphere, opting for a 2D art style. Characters and objects are stylized in a simple yet charming way, avoiding sharp edges in favor of rounder, softer forms. The color palette consists of pastel and muted tones that evoke a relaxing feeling, while humorous, cartoon-style details reinforce the game’s fun nature. Additionally, the user interface is kept minimalistic and functional, featuring large, clearly visible buttons that allow players to interact with ease. These design choices visually support the game’s overall goal of delivering a short, enjoyable experience.
